About Frye Business Solutions

Frye Business Solutions began because we realized small business owners needed help with starting, getting, and keeping their business compliant with tax filings, but they didn’t know where to go or who to ask to get help. We are small business owners too and we know how stressful and frustrating it can be to start a business, especially when you have hundreds of questions but can only get one or two answers after spending hours searching the internet only to find multiple answers to the same question and not knowing which one is correct. Meet Our Team

James Frye

Owner

James has years of experience preparing tax returns, he personally prepares hundreds of personal and business tax returns every year. Through his commitment of becoming a tax professional James attends over 40 hours of multiple tax trainings throughout the year to remain knowledgeable about current and the ever-changing tax laws. In his spare time he enjoys riding his motorcycle, fishing and other outdoor activities with his family.

Kathia Esquivel

Owner

Kathia es originaria de Costa Rica. Me gusta trabajar con la comunidad hispana especialmente en la preparación de tus impuestos, ayudándolos en cualquier duda que tengan.

Kathia is originally from Costa Rica. I like working with the Hispanic community, especially in the preparation of taxes and helping with any questions they have.

Adrienne Agee

Tax Professional

I am a mom of two amazing daughters, Simone and Evan. Together we enjoy camping, swimming and spending time with friends and family. They are both Girl Scouts as well. I graduated from UVA in 1997 and have lived in the Charlottesville/Albemarle area ever since. I am also active with Cornerstone Community Church.

I started doing taxes several years ago when an uncle of mine suggested I take a tax preparation course. I never saw myself working in this field but once I started, I realized that I truly enjoy helping people in this way. I’m grateful to be able to educate people about their taxes so that they can save as much as possible and have better outcomes in the future.
